They were able to find records of my grandmothers funeral from before the internet was born. They pulled out a copy of mother's choices for our grandfather's funeral which helped me choose for my mother's funeral.

Steve was kind and professional and made our experience saying our very unexpected goodbye to our father smooth and as bearable as it could be. In a sea of shock and grief, his compassion was touching and sadly almost unique amid the myriad interactions we had following dad's death. I'm grateful he was incredibly flexible in working with me so I could be there to say goodbye (I was nearly 39 weeks pregnant and needed to get back to the West Coast to be close to my hospital) and his expertise paired with a really great communication style meant I could trust him to take care of everything/let me know when a decision needed to be made so I could focus on my dad. The family viewing was beautiful as well. I'm grateful he is in this profession.

Elizabeth's flexibility and openness was so helpful with regard to changing my mother's clothes before being cremated. She was also very supportive when I wanted to honor my mon by serving a bag lunch after the service.

The minister they recommended for the service did a fabulous job. We had many compliments. They also handled her aunt's service. Mom wanted her service to be the same. They pulled out the old records to make sure we were remembering all the details.
