Bailey

William “Bill”

Age 79

Passed away peacefully May 1st, 2023

Bill was born in Lauderdale, MN and grew up in Maplewood. He graduated from Alexander Ramsey High school, and earned his degree from the University of Minnesota, lettering in cross country. Bill was then drafted into the Army. After his service, he worked at Unisys as a systems analyst. He was a man of many interests that led him many places; his passion for body building led to volunteering at the Stillwater state prison, where he coached the craft to inmates. Bill’s love of reading led to volunteering at White Bear public schools, where he offered his time as a reading buddy. As an avid runner, he found his talents were useful volunteering for the Special Olympics, his favorite organization. He was private in his efforts; he let his impact do the talking.
