Passed away on October 12, 2025 at the age of 96.
Proceeded in death by parents Wilfred Sr. and Mary Hilger, sister Dorothy M. Bates, brother Charles B. Hilger, granddaughter Kari Weber and great grandson Devan Schlafman.
Wilfred is survived by his loving wife of 75 years, Eileen; children Dan (Ann) Hilger, Kathy Rush, Steve Hilger, Gerry ( Julie) Hilger, Debbie (Mike) Falvey, Paul Hilger, and Gloria (Bob) Keller; along with 15 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren; siblings MaryAnn McEvoy and Barbara (Bob) Palmer; along with many nieces and nephews.
Wilfred served in the army during the Korean War from 1951-1953. He enjoyed coaching baseball and softball and was an avid bowler. His biggest passion was his wife and family. He worked hard for many years until he retired at the age of 90.

Visitation from 1:00-2:00pm. Memorial service at 2:00pm. Luncheon to follow.
