Thomas L. Bailey

Thomas L. Bailey, age 79, passed away at the VA on April 5, 2026. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eleanor and Leslie Bailey; his brother William; and his stepson, James M. Toris.

Tom graduated from Alexander Ramsey High School in 1964. Served in the US Army from 1967-1970 as a Helicopter Mechanic. He had a deep love of travel, especially to Ireland and Europe, Washington, D.C., and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. He enjoyed biking, running, and long walks, and was a talented artist with a passion for books, monster movies, sci-fi, and film noir.

He was devoted to his family and friends and will be kindly remembered as a loving husband, father, brother, and uncle.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Pat; his daughter, Bridget and her partner Cole; and his brother, Rick.

A private celebration of life will be held.
