Called Home to Heaven surrounded by his family on April 3, 2026. Preceded in death by parents, Peter & Ila; infant son, Theodore Jr., son, Richard; sisters, Donna Trembley, Ann Reardon; nephew, Kyle Rosengren. Survived by loving wife of 62yrs, Barbara; children, Jim, Amy (Tom) Sather & their children, Zak, Liam, & Quinn; Joe (Jodi) & their children, Ila & Oscar; niece, Lori (Ricardo) Rosengren Lopez; daughter in law, Peggy Haselman; sisters in law, Mary Nelsen and Catherine Mulligan. Raised in Saint Paul he attended St. Columba Catholic School and Wilson High School. Ted was a skilled woodworker and DIY handyman always willing to help friends, family and neighbors.  He was a career employee of 3M &1986 recipient of the 3M Circle of Technical Excellence Award. Ted will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Mass of Christian Burial 11am, Tuesday, April 28, At Guardian Angels Catholic Church (8260 4th St. Oakdale, MN). Visitation at 10am until start of service.  Interment, Guardian Angels Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to the Guardian Angels Men's Club.
