Age 89, of St. Paul and Lutsen died April 22, 2025 surrounded by her daughters. Survived by Sarah of Minneapolis, Martha (Craig Cedros) of Portland, OR, Julie (Alison Wood) of Duluth; grandchildren, Ben and Aliya Flotten, Maria and Sam Cedros, brother James Kamman (Elizabeth), niece Suzanne Lefevour, Butler and Kamman nephews, and many Flotten and Tostengard cousins. Preceded in death by husband, Robert Flotten, sister Sandra Butler, brother-in-law Peter Butler, and sister-in-law Patty Kamman. The family is grateful to the staff at Carondelet Village for their loving care. Visitation 4-7pm Friday, June 13 at O'Halloran & Murphy, 575 S. Snelling Ave St. Paul. Mass of Christian Burial 10am Saturday, June 14 at Church of the Assumption, 51 W. 7th St., St Paul. Private interment to follow at Lakewood Cemetery.
