Stacy Myers Obituary

In Loving Memory of Stacy Myers June 15, 1963 – February 4, 2025

Stacy Myers, a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend, passed away peacefully on February 4, 2025, at the age of 61, surrounded by her family with the music of Harry Styles filling the room.

Stacy was a radiant soul who made every moment brighter with her smile, sense of humor and quick wit. Her life was a joyful dance filled with energy, creativity, storytelling, and love. She was a gifted athlete, skier, biker, painter, and dancer, but her greatest joy was helping others. Stacy was a constant source of warmth, joy, and encouragement for all who knew her.

Married to Richard Swenson for 34 delightful years, Stacy was the heart of her family. Together, they raised two sons, Allen and Tommy who were her pride and joy. Stacy cherished the role of being their mom and was their biggest cheerleader, supporting all of their interests & endeavors.

Her home was a place of love, creativity, and community, often bustling with neighborhood kids who considered her a “second mom.”

Her presence had a remarkable way of making gatherings enjoyable, and her love for connection was at the core of her relationships with her extended family and close friends.

A bright light has gone out, but her love will forever illuminate the hearts of those she touched. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten, especially by her parents Andy and Diana Myers, siblings: Mike (Saulo), Vera (Phil), Lisa (Chad), Matt (Devon). She will also be lovingly remembered by her cherished daughter-in-law, Kate, and her beloved nieces and nephews: Ellie (Jeff), Lexie (Brandon), Julienne (Will), Taylor (Logan), Cal, Macie, Madison, Kit, Owen, Trevor and Emily (Zach), as well as Richard’s brothers Mark (Tricia) and Tom(Julie). Stacy’s family is forever grateful for the unyielding support of her parents, siblings, and special dear friends.

A private celebration of Stacy’s life will be held, where friends and family will gather to honor her memory with love, music, and stories.
