Shirley Jaeger

Shirley Jaeger, age 84 of St. Paul died peacefully on Saturday, April 3, 2021 at her home. Preceded in death by her husband, James P.; and brother, Robert. Survived by her children, Daniel (Rosario), Diane Jaeger (Alfred), and Nicholas (Sherri); brothers, Fred, and Byron; grandchildren, Brittany, James G., Evelyn, Christina, and Eric; great-grandchildren, Elise, and Emmanuel; along with nieces, nephews, and relatives. Shirley worked for many years for the State Health Department and the Teacher’s Retirement Association, and retired June 13, 1997. She was an active member of St. Mark’s Church. Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM CST Friday, April 9th, 2021 at the Church of St. Mark (2001 Dayton Ave. at Moore, St. Paul). Service will be live streamed at https://www.onestrongfamily.org/funeral  Please RSVP on the funeral home website if you view the live stream, so family can know you attended. Visitation 4-8 PM Thursday at O’Halloran and Murphy Funeral Home (575 Snelling Ave, St. Paul) and also one hour prior to Mass at the Church on Friday. Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Mark’s Church or Keystone Community Services Food Shelf.
