Shirley Coty Obituary
Shirley Ann Coty (Christiansen), age 85, peacefully passed away October 4, 2020 after a battle with Metastatic Breast Cancer. She was born on September 12, 1935 in White Bear Lake, MN to Olaf and Helen (Moga) Christiansen. She was the 8th child out of 9 and a long-time resident of Columbia Heights, MN where she raised a son and two daughters.
Shirley was the ultimate social butterfly – she lived for any kind of gathering of friends and family, especially if it involved Bingo! She kept an impeccable home, which she took great pride in.
She’s preceded in death by her parents; son, Daryl; 2 sisters and 5 brothers. She is survived by her daughters; Valerie Moylan-Boreen (Mike) and Kimberly Beriou (C Harris), grandchildren; Jennifer (Neal) Gustafson, Rebecca (Donny) Neve, Jacob (Erika) Beriou and Johnathan Beriou, great-grandchildren; Peyton, Paisley and Luca, sister Audrey Teigen along with many nieces/nephews and special friend Jeanne.
