Rita Anna Muggli was born on 6/8/32 in Richardton, ND and passed away on 6/2/25. She was preceded in death by parents Isidore and Anna (Fleck) Muggli, brother Edward and baby sister Mary. Survived by siblings James (Noemy), Richard (Susan), William (Imelda), Jerome, Marguerite Prados, MaryAnn Hansen, Jocelyn, Barbara Yerich (Al), Michael, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Rita lived a full and active life despite a critical brain tumor surgery at age 20. She coped with many barriers during her long life but managed to achieve multiple degrees, a long successful career as a librarian, and an admirable zest for life. Rita was unfailingly generous, loved opera and all types of music, enjoyed nature, food and cooking for people, read avidly, and was a model of determination and courage to her family.
