Perla Rosario Espino

October 30 1941 - January 12 2021

Perla passed away peacefully in her sleep in her home in Highland Park Saint Paul MN. on Tuesday January 12 2021.

Perla was born in Talibon Bohol Philippines and is an alumni of the University Of The Philippines, graduated with her bachelor's degree in nursing. She immigrated to America raising three boys on her own.  Perla was an RN for almost 40 years of her life in Chicago Il.  She retired in early 2004 and relocated to Minnesota where she resided with her youngest son Joe Espino.

Perla loved to dance, fish, catch a show, eat out at restaurants and play Majong. She was respected and loved by all. She was a devout Roman Catholic. She was always there for her boys and she always approached life with a calm, charismatic and positive attitude. She touched so many lives with her generosity and passion for life.

Perla is preceded in death by her parents, Crescencia and Diouisio; and brother, Nicanor.

Perla is survived by her three sons Joey, Jon and Nick. Her brothers, Jose and Birilo. Her sisters, Corazon, Flor, Ofelia, and Fe. Her daughter in-laws Agnes, Girly and Jane. Her 5 grandchildren Jea, Justine, AJ, Maya and Lana, and her great grandchild Jeremiah. 

Perla will truly be missed and loved by all.
