Obituary

Patricia A. Nemo 
Age 80 of St. Paul, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on February 1, 2023.
Preceded in death by her loving husband, John G.; her parents, Michael and Margaret Kenny; and brother, John Kenny. Survived by her children, Jennifer, Clare (Tim) Davis and John M. (Sara); 6 wonderful grandchildren; siblings, Peter Kenny and Chris Cuba; and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Pat was born in Leitrim, Ireland before immigrating to the US with her family when she was 6 years old. She married her soulmate, John G. in 1969. She was the Editor of the Peoria West Bluff Word newspaper and taught undergraduate English Literature at Bradley University in Peoria, IL; and retired as the Editor of the St. Thomas Alumni Magazine after 24 years. Pat enjoyed crocheting, gardening, attending her monthly St. Thomas book club; supporting her children and grandchildren in their activities; and spending time at her favorite place, the library.
Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 am Friday, February 10, 2023, at Lumen Christi Catholic Church, located at 2055 Bohland Ave. St. Paul, with visitation one hour prior to mass. Mass will be livestreamed https://lumenchristicc.online.church   Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
