Pat was born in Germany on a military base. Upon the families return to the United States, she lived in New York, New Jersey, and eventually Texas during her teen years. Having enough of Texas, she boarded a bus and headed to Minnesota in 1981, where she remained till her passing.
She was an excellent worker, some times holding down three jobs at a time, to make ends meet. From 2000 till present where she was an excellent state employee and supervisor for the last 21 years. She always provided the best service possible to her constituents and fellow employees.
Together, Pat and her loving partner lived among hundreds of stuffed animals, which included species of all types and sizes, but mostly sheep and penguins. Her friends and loved ones knew her as Meep, because she related so closely to her beloved sheep.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Katrina. Pat is survived by her partner, Thom Campbell; and cousins, Kim Schmidt, and Denise Powers; a former husband, Hugo Krueger; and many friends.
A memorial service will be held at a date to be announced. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the World Wildlife Foundation.
