Preceded in death by his Grandmother Lucille Stevens, Parents, Clarence and Elizabeth "Betty" Sindt; Mother-in-law, Mary Wold, brother, David Sindt. Son, Zachary Sindt; Brothers-in-law, Craig Buswell and Robert Wold; Sisters-in-law, Virginia Wold and Penny Sindt.

He is survived by Wife, Carol Wold Sindt; Sons, Nathan Sindt (Ann) and Matthew Sindt (Libby Gerk) grandchildren Kendrick and Kailey Sindt. Sisters, Maureen Budahl (Gary) and Patricia Buswell; brothers, Steven Sindt, Robert Sindt (Jeanette), Richard Sindt (Nancy), Tim Sindt; Sister-in-law, Colleen Wold (Richard). Uncle Jim Stohr, Lifelong friend Michael Solac (Robin) and friends Annie Ziemer, Robin Rank, Fabian Hofner, Jane Bremer, many cousins, nieces, nephews, Democratic activists.

Assistant Attorney General under Hubert "Skip" Humphrey. Earned law degree from Hamline University. A lifelong democrat.

Funeral Mass will be at Incarnation Catholic Church in Minneapolis, Monday, February 17th at 11 AM. The Visitation will be an hour before the Mass.
