Mary E. Maute 

Passed away on September 14, 2021 at the age of 92. Preceded in death by parents, Mae and Charles Maute. Survived by cousins, Mary and Ron Hahn. Mary was born in St. Paul and graduated from St. Joseph’s Academy, St. Catherine’s University, and the University of Minnesota. She taught for 37 years in the St. Paul Public Schools. Many of those years she taught kindergarten at Jefferson Elementary. She traveled the world and loved birds and flowers. Mary enjoyed 68 years at her cabin on Smith Lake in Garrison, MN. The family will have a private celebration of her life.
