Louann Marie Olson (née Laber)
Age 87 of St. Paul, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on May 24, 2022 reunited her with her husband of 63 years, Clair. She is also preceded in death by her parents Edna and John; brother Jack; sons-in-law, John Rasmusson and Jim Schroeder. Louann will be dearly missed by her daughters Denise Rasmusson, Tami Schroeder, Jamie (Duane) Gudknecht and Alycia (Scott) Bengtson; grandchildren Sarah Demers, Laura David, Nick and Andy Gudknecht, Jonah, Nora, and Alex Bengtson; great-grandchildren, Deacon & Dominic Demers, and Carly David; siblings Kathy, Terry and Carol; and many nieces and nephews. Louann enjoyed and was proud of her 60 years of waitressing, especially for the Casper family. Visitation 5-8pm Wednesday, June 15 at O’HALLORAN & MURPHY, 575 Snelling Ave S., St. Paul. Mass of Christian Burial 11am Thursday, June 16 at the CHURCH OF ST. STANISLAUS, 389 Superior St., St. Paul, with visitation one hour prior to mass. Mass will be livestreamed at https://livestream.com/accounts/5053468/events/10450187 . Private burial Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials preferred to St. Jude’s Research Hospital.
