Passed away on October 25, 2021. Born January 6, 1922 in Saint Paul. Preceded in death by parents, Ann and Mike Carter; beloved husband, Donald J.; precious daughter, Kathleen; sisters; Alberna and Margie Simonson; granddaughter, Amanda. Survived by sons, Thomas M. (Gail), Ronald G. (Jan), Patrick E. and Joyce; grandchildren Brian, Buffy, Emily, Daniel, Chrissy, Michael, David, Roy (Stephanie) and Kathleen (Mitch); 14 great grandchildren and nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM, Saturday, October 30, at Church of the Holy Childhood (1435 Midway Prkwy, St. Paul). Visitation 5PM – 7PM, Friday, Oct. 29, at Roseville Memorial Chapel (2245 Hamline Ave N., 651-631-2727). Interment, Elmhurst Cemetery.
