Linda P. (Bidinger) Helget

Linda Paulette Helget (née Bidinger) (73) unexpectedly passed away in her sleep on Monday, March 9th, 2026.

Linda was born to Russell and Eva (Ickert) Bidinger on October 23, 1952 in Mansfield, Ohio. She followed her dream of becoming a flight attendant and flew with Eastern Airlines out of Atlanta, GA for almost 10 years. She met her husband, Thomas Helget, who was a fellow flight attendant, and they married 11 months later. They welcomed three children, Sarah, Brad, and Jeff, before moving to Roseville, MN. Linda was a stay-at-home mom while her children were young, but once they were out of the house she worked as part of the price change team at Target in Shoreview, MN for 20 years before she and Tom both retired in 2019.

Linda was devoted to her family, always ready and eager to serve in any capacity that was needed. She loved to cook, do puzzles, paint with watercolors, visit or grab coffee with friends, and play with her grandchildren. Above all, Linda was an ardent follower of Jesus Christ and believed in the power of His resurrection. Her family finds great comfort in knowing that she is now dancing in eternity with her Lord in Heaven.

She is survived by her husband Tom, her daughter Sarah (Ronnie), her sons Brad (Betsy) and Jeff (Lacy), her brother Ronald (Julie) Bidinger, and her grandchildren Aurora, Bella, Eva, Theo, Norah, Ben, Lucy, and Emery..

She is preceded in death by her father Russell, her mother Eva, her brother Randy Bidinger, and her granddaughter Savannah Helget.

A visitation will be held at Grace Church Roseville on Tuesday, March 17th, 2026 from 4-7pm; her memorial service will also be held at Grace Church Roseville on Wednesday, March 18th, 2026 at 11am. Flowers are welcome, or memorial gifts may be made in her name to - Give to Crescent Cove
