Leroy Clark Smith, 83
September 4, 1941- February 20, 2025
Preceded in death by parents- Chet and Arla and Son- Charlie. Survived by wife- Marion, brother- Roger, Sons- Michael and Carl (Stephanie), Daughter- in- Law- Annette Smith (nee Kuusisto), Grandchildren-Serena, Jillian, Robert, Jacob, Aaron, Great Grandchildren- Shiloh and Sahara and by many other family and friends.
Born and raised in Roseville, MN. Graduated from Alexander Ramsey High School in Roseville, MN. Leroy joined the United States Navy in 1961 and served for 2 years of active duty with 3 years of reserve time thereafter. Leroy worked several jobs before beginning his successful career at 3M- Minnesota Manufacturing and Mining as the Supervisor of audio/visual production and presentation. After 30+ years, Leroy retired so he could spend time with family and to pursue his passions and hobbies such as volunteering for Emergency Services, Hamm radio, photography, audio video, electronics, computers, and being the “on call” repair man to family and friends. Leroy was always there willing to help family and friends when something needed fixing or needing to be installed. All of Leroy’s skills were all self-taught and would put McGyver to shame even though they went to the same High School. Leroy will be greatly missed by everyone whose life he touched.
In Lieu of flowers the Family requests donations be made to:

Services will be Sunday March 2nd with a gathering at 12:00pm and a service at 1pm at Roseville Memorial Chapel, 2245 Hamline Ave. N., Roseville, MN, with a luncheon to follow.
