Reinardy, LeRoy P. (Roy), 98.

Roy was the heart and soul of our family—an incredibly loving husband, devoted father, cherished grandfather, and proud great-grandfather. His deep faith as a lifelong member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church carried him through life's many challenges and sustained him during illnesses over the past eight years.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 55 years, Mary (nee Seidenkranz), his parents Jacob and Helena Reinardy, and his six siblings. Roy’s passing leaves an empty space in our hearts, but so many beautiful memories remain.

Those who loved Roy will miss him dearly: sons Michael (Barb) and Steven; daughter Lynne Vierling; grandchildren Matthew (Molly) and Emily Vierling; great-granddaughters Margaret and Marnie Vierling—whose joyful visits always brought light to even Roy’s hardest days—and many dear relatives, friends, as well as his “fur great-grandpups,” Mille and Nellie.

We invite you to join us for a celebration of Roy’s life on Saturday, January 10th at Corpus Christi Catholic Church (2131 Fairview Ave North., Roseville). Visitation will begin at 9:30 AM with Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM. Lunch will be served following the service. Interment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery in Mendota Heights.

In lieu of flowers, our family kindly requests memorials be made to Corpus Christi Catholic Church—a place that meant so much to Roy throughout his life.
