Laura Anne Deuberry passed away on September 8, 2021, at the age of 73. Born August 23, 1948 to William and Neenan Deuberry. Preceded in death by parents; twin brother, William “Bill” and wife Colleen. Survived by brother, Gregory (Patricia); nephews/nieces, William, Andrew, Catherine, and Anne; great nephews and nieces; many cousins, including Michael O’Connell (Sue); extended Dougherty family; best friend and love Roger Baumhover and his family.
Laura was a member of the Visitation Class of 1966. She started her professional purchasing career at Divine Redeemer Hospital and Webb Publishing. She enjoyed the 28 years at the University of St Thomas as Director of Purchasing/Ap/Contracts and was appointed Director Facility Interiors Planning and Design in 2003. Her professional affiliations included President NAEB MNDAKOTA Region, President NAPM Twin Cities (ISM), BOD E&I Cooperative NY, BOD NAEP Baltimore. She served on the Highland Disctrict Council in various positions including President and served on several task forces for the City of St Paul.
Laura’s interests included founding a caregiver support group for families dealing with dementia previously part of the UofM. She loved canoeing, tennis, playing cards, painting and ALL animals, especially dogs. She was devoted to family and never missed sending cards at holidays!

Memorial Mass 10:30am on Wednesday, September 22 at the Church of Saint Cecilia, 2357 Bayless Pl., St. Paul, MN 55114, with visitation one hour prior. Interment at Resurrection cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred directly to the Alzheimer’s Assocation.
