Passed away on Thursday, June 10, 2021.

Preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Bessie Peroutka and his loving friend Jane McCadden.

Survived by daughter Victoria (Gerry) Wells; sons Michael Peroutka and Joseph H. Peroutka; grandchildren Jason Wells, Crystal Wells, Theresa Stender, Tyler Wells, Mathew Peroutka and Steven Renner; great-grandchildren Devin Reiling, Kiara Wells, Noah Wells, Samuel Stender, Emma Stender and Joseph Stender.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 AM on Tuesday, June 29th at Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church, 1938 Stanford Ave., St. Paul, with a visitation 1 hour prior to Mass. Committal will be 11 AM, Wednesday, June 30th at Wenceslaus Cemetery, New Prague, MN.
