Jill Sheffler

Age 66 of Woodbury, MN

Passed away on September 21st, 2023 after a 7 year battle with Alzheimer's Disease. Jill grew up in Stoughton, WI and was a proud Norwegian. She graduated from MATC with a legal secretary degree. Soon after she moved to St. Paul, MN to start a life with Charles. She worked for MN continuing Legal Education for 39 years. She married Charles in 1980 and soon after, they started their family. Jill raised 2 daughters who helped care for her the last 7 years. Jill loved dogs and raised many Yorkies. She was Nana to 6 wonderful grandchildren. Jill Loved traveling to Florida; the beach was her favorite place to be. She loved the St. Paul Winter Carnival and was 2012 Lady of the South Wind. We would like to thank all of her caregivers at Artis Senior Living in Woodbury Preceded in death by her father, Philip Grefsheim and brother-in-law, Terry Gilbert. Survived by her loving husband, Charles; daughters, Mari Grandprey (Brad) and Melissa Dahlen (Josh Tihalrik); mother, Joan Grefsheim; sister, Mary Gilbert; her loving grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and many friends. A celebration of Jill's Life will be held Thursday, September 28th, 4-8PM with a prayer service at 7PM at O'Halloran and Murphy, 8700 Valley Creek Rd, Woodbury MN.
