Jeremy Jon Ney

Jeremy Jon Ney, 41, of St Paul, Minnesota, passed away Tuesday, August 12, 2025.

Mass of Christian burial will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 23, 2025 at Lumen Christi Catholic Community in St. Paul, Minnesota with visitation an hour before services. Services have been entrusted to O’Halloran & Murphy Funeral and Cremation Services in Saint Paul.

Jeremy was born July 31,1984 in Orange City, Iowa. He grew up on the family farm south of Granville and attended Spalding Catholic Schools graduating in 2003. After high school graduation, he attended The University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota and eventually made his home there.

Jeremy is survived by his children, Riley and Maisie and their mother Anna Hutchinson, his parents Pat and Marlene, brothers Seth and his wife Elise, Adam and his wife Summer, nieces and nephews Addie, Brady Hux, Berk and Briggs, his grandmother Lorraine Fischer as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He enjoyed fishing and hunting and spending time with his children. His children were his whole world.

Jeremy was proceeded in death by paternal grandparents, Tony and Evelyn Ney, maternal grandfathers: Robert Fischer and Robert Morris. In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family asks that donations be made for the ongoing care of Jeremy’s children.
