Jeffrey Klimmek - June 6, 1947 - June 9, 2020
Jeff lived with his arms and his heart wide open. He was a passionate teacher (27 years in St. Paul), a lover of nature, and a dreamer of adventures. Elbow Lake, Wolf Ridge ELC, Lake Superior, Montana, Canada, children and friends with us always. A lovely, funny, inspirational man, Jeff made a life and friends wherever he went.
While in Hospice Jeff said, “I don’t have a body and I have no future, but I still have my love, and I can still give it away”. He died lovingly cared for by his wife and children and his family of caregivers at Lyngblomsten Care Center. We are grateful to them.

Jeff is survived by his wife, Katherine, children, Anni, Sam, Joe, Maggie, Sideth, nine grandchildren, and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Jeff’s memory may be sent to Wolf Ridge Environmental Learning Center to support an academic field science program for underserved youth of St. Paul.
