Douglas Chapman Obituary

Douglas Chapman

Passed away peacefully on November 24, 2022. Preceded in death by
parents, Mabel and Nathaniel Chapman. Survived by his loving wife,
Dorothy; son, Mark Baustian (Lucé); brother, Robert (Lois). And many
loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Doug was stationed
 aboard the USS Hornet. He was a car enthusiast, racing cars, tinkering
 with mechanics, and owning various unique cars. A member of SPEBSQA, he
 enjoyed traveling with his barbershop quartet, The Night Howls,
including an invitation in 1971 to make a USO Tour to military
hospitals in the Far East. Doug and Dorothy were ardent followers of
both the MN Twins and the MN Orchestra. Doug made friends everywhere
he went, near and far, including numerous travels abroad with Dorothy.                                                                                                                                                                                     

Memorial service 11AM, Friday, December 2, at Prince of Peace Lutheran
Church (2561 Victoria St. N, Roseville). Visitation 10AM until start
of service at church Friday.  Memorials preferred to, Operation
Bootstrap Africa.
