David C Fait, 93, longtime resident of Roseville, Air Force veteran, and member of the Local 10 Sheet Metal Workers union, passed away on May 12, 2025. Preceded in death by infant children, Susan and Paul. Survived by wife of 64 years, Lorraine; children, Sandra Blake, Thomas Fait (Martha), Mary Kay Kaiser, and Steven Fait (Lisa); eight grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, May 21st at 10:30 am at the Church of the Holy Childhood, 1435 Midway Parkway, St Paul, with visitation one hour before Mass. Fort Snelling National Cemetery burial with military honors at 12:30 pm on Thursday, May 22nd. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Habitat for Humanity. David will be remembered for his creativity, artistic woodworking, love of fishing, volunteer spirit, and gentle humility. The family extends heartfelt thanks to special friend Colleen Kroona, the staff at St Anthony Park Home, and Health Partners Hospice for their care in David’s last months.
