Cynthia "Cindy" Louise (Ashe) Johnson

Cynthia “Cindy” L Johnson (Ashe) of Woodbury passed away on January 23, 2026, after a long struggle with chronic pain and other ailments. Born May 29,1950 in St Paul, she graduated from Washington High School in 1968. She met her husband, Jim, in September 1969, and they were married 3 months later. She fought so many health battles and never let them dampen her spirit. She loved German Shepherds especially hers, Luna. Her favorite things to do were spend time with her family, listen to music, and watch the Minnesota Twins. A big thank you to Regions Hospital, who always took excellent care of her on numerous occasions, as well as the Woodbury Fire Department and EMTs. Preceded in death by her parents, brother, and sister. Survived by her loving husband of 56 yrs, Jim; daughter, Jenny (Mike) Rudolph; step-granddaughters, Rianna and Alaina; son, Jim Jr; granddaughter, Brooke, and many loving relatives and friends.

A celebration of life will be held privately with her family.
