Age 87 of Saint Paul, 

Passed on January 29, 2025. Preceded in death by husband Del, parents and brother Jerry Rose. Cherished mom of 3 daughters. Barb (Tim) Lemke, Linda (Dave) Halbert, Kari (Tim) Bright. Beloved Granny of Dan (Laura) Lemke, Andy (Ashley) Halbert, Dusty (Caitlin) Halbert, Katie (Gregg) Borchert, Kirsten (Danie) Bright and Holly Bright (Ross). Beloved Great Granny to Erica & Hunter Lemke, Macy Halbert, Noah Bright, Sam Halbert & Marshall Borchert. She is also survived by her sister Sharon Valento, many in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friend Mary Eileen Sorenson. Carol gave care to many kids & families through her in-home daycare for over 30 years. Special thanks to the staff at Sholom Home East, especially Yoseph, Randall, Rebecca, Amal and Allina Hospice for the care they gave to our loving Mom/Granny. RIP Mom/Granny. We love & miss you. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 4th at 11am with a one-hour visitation prior at O'Halloran & Murphy Funeral Home (575 S Snelling Ave, Saint Paul, MN 55116). Burial to follow at Newport Cemetery in Newport, MN. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the American Heart Association of MN.
