Anita M. Proehl (nee Cherry),

1942-2025

Died peacefully at home surrounded by family on February 8, 2025. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Noel and Agnes Racine, Myles and Mary Cherry and her parents, Jerome and Lorraine Cherry. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Duayne Proehl; sister, Kathleen (Andrew) Larson; brother, Steven (Joanne) Cherry; son, Michael (Toni) Proehl; daughters, Jeanette, Dannelle (Marla), and Margaret Proehl; grandchildren, Kaitlyn Proehl, Austin, McKayla, Alexis, and Oliver Henderson.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, February 19th at 10am with an hour visitation prior at Lumen Christi Catholic Church (2055 Bohland Ave, St. Paul 55116). Burial to follow at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
