Andrew James Neuberger, beloved son, brother, grandson, cousin, and friend, passed away on April 17, 2026, at the age of 21, following a tragic motorcycle accident. Andrew was born on July 30, 2004, and from the very beginning brought energy, curiosity, and love into the lives of those around him.
Andrew is deeply loved and will be forever missed by his mother, Melissa George; his father, Rustin Neuberger; his stepfather, Michael Richter; and stepmother Kristi Neuberger. He shared a special bond with his siblings—Payton, Avery, Kyleigh, Wesley, Addison, and Brynley—who will carry his memory with them always.
He is also survived by his grandparents, Ron (“Pucker”) and Judy (“Juju”) George, and Joe and Viki Neuberger, Tracy (Rich) Bebus, along with many loving aunts and uncles: Ben (Cindi) Mansur, Chrissy (Bob) Christensen, Luke (Laura) George, Matt (Kari) George, Josh (Laura) Neuberger, Amber Neuberger, Dawn (Jacob) Rodriguez, and Jordan Neuberger, Jessica (Jason) Richter, Drew (Alix) Bebus) Mitch (Lexi) Bebus. Andrew leaves behind many cousins—Heaven, Hunter, Hayes, Corissa, Paige, Colt, Brenden, Michael, Ella, Josie, Maya, Layla, Olivia, Ava, Nolan, Hudson, Henry, Piper, Abree, Riggs, Dylan and Kayden who will remember him with love and laughter.
Andrew had a deep love for his family and friends, and some of his happiest moments were spent at his mom’s cabin and dad’s campground, surrounded by the people he cared about most. He had a passion for motorcycles, car shows, and working with his hands, always eager to build, fix, and create. He took pride in his work at Mobile Radio Engineering, where he truly loved what he did.
In his free time, Andrew enjoyed snowboarding, skateboarding, music, hiking, and expressing himself through tattoos and his artwork. Above all, his faith in Jesus was an important part of his life, guiding his outlook and giving him strength.
Andrew lived with a spirit that reminded others to trust in something greater than themselves. He once said, “God has plans for you that even you don’t know for your life.” His life reflected that belief, and his words will continue to inspire those who knew him.
His family finds comfort in the scripture:
“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank Him for all He has done.” — Philippians 4:6
A visitation will be held from 10am-12pm, Saturday April 25, at St. Odilia Catholic Church, 3495 Victoria St. N., Shoreview., followed by a funeral service at 12:00 pm. A celebration of Andrew’s life will follow from 2-7pm at the Historic Concord Exchange, 200Concord Exchange North, South Saint Paul, MN
Andrew’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
