Dynes, Agnes M. (Rogers)
Passed away May 27, 2025
Born July 9th, 1937 to Emma (Frokjer) and John E. Rogers in Centuria, Wisconsin. She was the oldest of 7 girls. She married Harry (Buzz) Dynes on April 23, 1960 and they were blessed with 5 children.
She was a long-time member of Holy Childhood Church where she was a Eucharistic minister, she visited the sick, and was president of the women’s club. She also served as president of the CCW and various ACCW offices. She loved to travel, doing family research, volunteered at Lymblomsten care center, worked with solar ovens to donate them to families in Africa, and cleaning the church. She loved to sew and take care of many African violets.
Survived by her children, Mary, Joseph, David (Jennifer), Patrick (Jennifer) and Anne (Jason); grandkids, Riley (Annie), Robert (Maria), Tyler (Miriam), Richie, Kalley, Dutch, Matthew; great grandson, Noah; sisters, Rose (Paul), Bernice, Eileen, Sue (Stan), Betty; and brother-in-law, Allan along with many relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by her husband, Buzz; her parents and sister, Jackie.
Visitation is Monday, June 2nd from 4pm-7pm at Roseville Memorial Chapel (2245 Hamline Ave. N., Roseville) and also, at the church one hour before service. Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, June 3rd at 10 am at Holy Childhood Church (1435 Midway Parkway, St Paul) with a luncheon following mass. Burial at St. Canice Calvery Cemetery, Kilkenny MN. Memorials preferred to Holy Childhood Church or Our Lady of Peace Hospice and Home Care.
