Harold "Harry" Thomas Robeck

Harold “Harry” Thomas Robeck of Little Canada, MN passed away peacefully at Emerald Crest Hospice at the age of 91.

Harry was born on October 3, 1932, in St. Michael, MN to Thomas F. Robeck and Lucy (Warner). He attended Dunwoody College and became a carpenter by trade. At the age of 19 he was drafted into the US Army and was stationed at Fort Hood, Texas where he was a corporal and tank driver. Harry was very proud of his service in the US Army. Harry was known for his love of life, great sense of humor, and always had a smile on his face. Harry enjoyed music, which was his #1 thing, traveling to Arizona every winter, fishing, ballroom dancing, and socializing.

In 2021, Harry was diagnosed with dementia and spent a year and a half at the VA hospital, then transferred to Emerald Crest for hospice and passed away on April 1, 2024.

Harry is preceded in death by his parents, Lucy (Warner) Robeck, Thomas F. Robeck; and sister, Elizabeth (Betty) Raiche.

Harry is survived by his daughters, Kim McCarty-Robeck and Tami French-Robeck; 5 grandchildren, Jason Robeck, Daniel French, Michael French, Anthony French, and Adam Sandberg, and 2 great grandchildren; Ryan Struckman and Adam Sandberg Jr.; brother, Kenneth (Elaine) Robeck; nieces and nephews, Debbie Raiche, DyAnn Raiche, Denise Howland (Robeck), Douglas Raiche, Alan Raiche and Steven Robeck.; and many dear friends.

A Funeral Service will take place 11:30 am on Thursday, April 18 with visitation beginning at 10:30am at the Roseville Memorial Chapel, 2445 Hamline Ave. N, Roseville, MN

Harry’s burial with military honors to take place at 1:45pm at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Please gather at 1:30pm at Assembly Area #3.
