Payne, Joyce Ann, age 56 of Otsego, passed away unexpectedly on May 15, 2012. Preceded in death by her grandparents Joe & Suzie Gorskowitz. Survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Bradley; children Jeannie (Jason) Romfo and Mike (Sarah) Payne; grandchildren Rowan and Garin Payne, Brekken and Adelyn Romfo. Also survived by her parents Lawrence & Mary Ann Handshoe; brothers Larry Handshoe Jr. (Elaine Byker), David (Lucinda) Handshoe and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The highlight of her life was time with her grandchildren. Friends may gather from 4-8 PM Monday May 21, 2012 at Dare’s Funeral Home 805 Main St. NW 763-441-1212. A time for remembrance will be held at 7 PM that evening. Interment Private Memorials preferred.
